EISNER AWARDS 2014 - Die Gewinner...



...als große Gewinner in diesem Jahr dürfen Image Comics "Saga" und DC/Vertigo's "The Wake" gelten; beide Serien gewannen mehrere Preise. Einzige Superhelden-Serie mit Auszeichnung(en) 2014: Marvels "Hawkeye" (der allerdings schon bald ein neues Autoren/Zeichner-Team erhalten wird).

Die meisten Preise -sieben!- räumte in diesem Jahr Verlag IDW ab (bemerkenswert, wenn man bedenkt, das bis 2011 regelmäßig DC die meisten Awards einheimste, aber das war vor "The New 52"...). Qualität setzt sich eben durch.

...und erneut gewann der exzellente (und von vielen Lesern leider übersehene) Anthology-Titel "Dark Horse Presents" (Vol.2) einen Award (leider erhält die Serie jetzt einen erneuten relaunch und wird künftig nicht mehr im luxuriösen "Prestige Format" sondern nur noch als Standard- Heftchen veröffentlicht).  Aber genug geschwatzt, hier kommen...
