Im Gegensatz zu DC, wird es bei Marvel keinen "kompletten Neustart" der Serien geben (Marvel startet seine Serien schließlich schon seit Jahren separat voneinander regelmäßig neu, oder verpaßt den Serien neue Titel), auch keine zeitgleiche Veröffentlichung der Stories online, oder gar eine Absenkung der Cover-Preise auf $ 3 pro (Standard 36-Seiten)- Heft (wie bei DC). Ebenso auch keine Werbekampagne in TV, Internet, Print etc....
Die meißten Marvels kosten auch weiterhin $4 je 36Seiten-Heft (vermutlich um den bedürftigen Disney-Konzern gütlich zu stimmen).
Von MARVELs "Initiative" profitieren in erster Linie Comic-Shops, speziell Shops die neu- eröffnen. Ob der geneigte Fan und -Sammler der die wundersamen Comics schließlich KAUFT von Marvels Initiative Vorteile jedweder Art haben wird? Ich bin gespannt.
